St. Philip's College manages a portfolio of endowments and gift agreements from the community and organizations from across the country. United Way's Child Care Scholarships powered by Women United cover the majority of costs for quality child care for parents seeking a degree or job training*. By providing access to affordable child care, parents can further their education and provide a stronger foundation for their families. The Ivory Moore Scholarships are named in honor of Dr. Ivory Moore, a retired Texas A&M University - Commerce (formerly East Texas State University) educator and administrator and one of the founders of TABPHE Students: Full-Time STRADA Scholarship
The Strada HBCU Initiative focuses on investment in the next generation of leaders. This nationwide program will provide leadership development, academic support, and critical social engagement resulting in positive postsecondary learning opportunities that lead to meaningful career pathways for Strada Scholars.
