Once the request is received by the 技术事务处 department, 您的请求将被添加到已批准的租借设备列表中.  This new step will ensure that the Borrower’s department is fully aware of this loaner equipment request.

3. 在设备分配时, the loaned equipment will be transferred to your department’s asset inventory. 

借用设备归还请求：

1. 借款人必须填写 Equipment Return Form 在我们的技术服务办公室网站上找到. 
2. 一旦设备被检查并归还, we will request the Borrower’s department to transfer the loaned asset back to Office of Technology Services inventory.
